Lakes Planning Report

Eau Claire County, Land Conservation Division, proposes to conduct an evaluation of external loadings, discharges and water quality study on Lake Eau Claire. Eau Claire County will enter a partnership involving, Lake Eau Claire Association, August High School Biology Class, and the Army Corp of Engineers. Records of inflows from the Eau Claire River and tributaries and outflows, will be combined with precipitation and lake level records to construct hydrologic and nutrient/susended seston loading budgets for Lake Eau Claire. Loadings will be used for modeling analysis ( Walker 1987). This is task one of a three part task that will need all three part to complete and make the final report. Any payment requests other than the advance payment will need regional sign off and approval.
