EAU CLAIRE COUNTY: Coon Fork Lake Watershed Inventory and Management Plan

Purpose

Eau Claire County proposes to develop a watershed management plan for Coon Fork Lake. Project activities include compiling existing water quality data into a central database, inventorying the watershed, setting water quality objectives, and identifying implementation strategies to address the lake's needs. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the lake watershed management plan. The project results will be disseminated to the public by fact sheet distribution, public meeting, local newspaper articles, TV/Radio spots, and the lake watershed management plan.
