CHIPPEWA COUNTY: LMI-DF-Chippewa Co. Aquatic and Terrestrial Feasibility Study

Purpose

Chippewa County, in partnership with DNR, proposes to conduct a study of aquatic and terrestrial flora and fauna within the Chippewa County Forest. Major project elements would include: 1) Lake sampling, 2) Fish sampling and habitat assessment, 3) Sediment core sampling, and 4) Generation of reports and maps in conjuction with the Natural Heritage Inventory (NHI). Electronic copies will be made available upon request of all final reports and maps.
