WAUPACA COUNTY: Stratton Lake Water Quality Study - Phase II

Purpose

Waupaca County Water Quality Committee proposes to determine the present conditions of Stratton Lake, and determine the conditions and specific nature of the bottom sediments in the lake. Project activities include; more lake water testing, some private well testing, and sedimentation mapping. This is phase two of a two part study with both parts needed for the complete picture. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated to the public by news letter and fact sheet mailing, public meeting and local newspaper articles.
