Purpose

Pierce County proposes to study the influence of various watershed characteristics (topography, land use/land cover, etc.) on Eau Galle River watershed. Activites to include: 1) hydrologic model of the Eau Galle River watershed, 2) Identification of land use practices and sub-watershed areas that are sources of sediment and plant nutrient loading, 3) Analysis of alternative best management practices and projects.
