Lakes Planning Report

The Big Roche-A-Cri Protection and Rehabilitation District (PRD) proposes to analyze the effects of sedimentation and vegatation growth on the bottom of Big Roche-A-Cri Lake. Project activities would include: 1) Development of Bathymetric map, 2) Mapping of sedimentation since 1965 survey, 3) distribution of maps to Adams Co. Depts of Conservation, Planning and Zoning, and to Preston Township and Lake District Residents. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of a final report on the project. Project results will be disseminated to the public through the Lake District annual meeting and through the Lake District newsletter.
