Lakes Planning Report

This project consists of the development of a town-wide land-use and water quality plan. The project will include data collection, mapping, analysis of data inventories, long-range plan development, and plan implementation specifically for water quality management. Deliverables: 1. Poster Plan and Resource Document. The poster plan will include a future land use map and proposed land use types, goals and objectives, and implementation strategies including water quality management components, etc. The resource document will include extensive inventory information and baseline data collected. 2. Associated Maps 3. Implementation strategies. The Department of Natural Resources will be provided with both a paper copy and an electronic copy of the final report. The project results will be disseminated to the public by newsletter(s), public meeting(s), and local newspaper articles.
