Analyze nonpoint pollution controls for sub-watershed. Determine if runoff pollution can be controlled by structural practices. The grantee will disseminate information to the public by newsletter, video programs, public meetings, summary reportmailings, local newspaper articles, TV and radio spots, and a comprehensive management plan. Project results will be reposited at Village Hall.
