Purpose

The Friends of Beaver Creek Reserve propose to survey aquatic plant growth in Lake Holcombe, in Chippewa County, to see if elimination of regular winter drawdowns has contributed to increased aquatic plant health and diversity. Major project elements to include: 1) Aquatic plant sampling, 2) GIS map development, 3) Data evaluation, 4) Final report.
