Purpose

Installation and construction of shoreline protection, bioengineering and wetland restoration practices to stabilize that portion of the Clark's Bay Wetland along the north shore of Lake Winneconne, protecting the wetland, reducing sediment & phosphorus loading to the watershed, and improving the aquatic habitat.
