CLEAR LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC: Aquatic Plant Management Plan

Purpose

Clear Lake Property Owners Association is sponsoring an aquatic plant management planning project. The specific elements include: a watershed assessment including size, land use, wetlands, and estimated pollutant loadings; identification of environmentally sensitive areas; review of existing DNR Integrated Science Services point-intercept aquatic plant survey results; and development of an APM Plan that follows Aquatic Plant Management in Wisconsin guidance. The final deliverable for this project will be an Aquatic Plant Management Plan that includes watershed assessment and water quality components. Special Conditions: The APM Plan must meet the criteria in NR 198.43 in order to be eligible for Aquatic Invasive Species Established Infestation Control grants. Data, records, and reports, including GIS-based maps and digital images, must be submitted to the Department in a format specified by the regional Lake Coordinator.
