Design and blueprints for the Library Lake SW Stormwater Wetland which was issued for construction.
The purpose of this PIESA was to evaluate the potential for and/or presence of recognized environmental conditions associated with current or past property use. In addition, soil samples were collected and analyzed to identify potential contamination remaining onsite associated with past property uses.
Grant Awarded
The Beaver Dam Lake Management District is sponsoring a project to construct a storm water wetland facility. The project will also divert storm water away from Library Lake and into the wetland facility to treat the storm water.
Special conditions: Litter shall be removed from the project property and the shoreline it borders. The wetland pond shall be operated and maintained for a minimum of 25 years in accordance with the operation and maintenance plan, which must be approved by the Department.
