All raw data collected must be in SWIMs or proper format. Status and final reports are required with financial reimbursement requests. Specific project activities include: Support for EWM monitoring, planning and management in 2018; Following DNR shoreline survey protocol, the lake shoreline will be monitored to assess priority for Healthy Lakes projects; surface water and water column sampling; a trend analysis will be done on historical lake data; a 9KE plan will be written (in concert with work done under Phase 2 and Phase 3 grants); at least one educational event will be held. This scope summarizes the project detail provided in the application and does not negate tasks/deliverables described therein. If consultant is to provide a final report, it is recommended that Grantee provide DNR Lakes Coordinator with a draft for comment on report adequacy prior to making final payment to the consultant.
