Purpose
Changes to non-EPA grant local assistance \2013 requested vs: eligible
1) Placemats and table tents not eligible - subtracted $1500 of eligible expenses.
2) \201CBase\201D amount of local assistance is equal 10% of amount of the amount of cost-share reimbursement for installed BMPs - rather than 10% of cost-shared and non-cost shared BMPs \2013 therefore, the eligible state share amounts for this line were reduced accordingly.
Changes to EPA portion of local assistance \2013 requested vs: eligible
1) Objectives 3 and 4 in are ineligible \2013 subtracted the cost of these tasks from the amount eligible for cost-sharing
2) Objective 5 is eligible if revised to focus on Amish /Mennonite leaders.
3) Project evaluation is eligible if revised to focus on adoption of BMPs by Amish/Mennonite leaders
