Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of manure management and barnyard runoff practices to eliminate winter spreading of manure in environmentally sensitive areas and to conform farm operations to the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions dealing with prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state under NR 151.08.

Outcome

Manure Storage Facility installed.
