Purpose

To cost-share landowner installation of runoff management practices designed to enable the Frederick Wang farm operation to achieve compliance with the agricultural performance standards and prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state and prevention of unlimited livestock access to waters of the state.
