ENTERPRISE LAKE PROTECTION & REHAB DISTRICT: Enterprise Lake 2008 Eurasian Watermilfoil Treatment Monitoring Project

Purpose

Enterprise Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District is sponsoring an AIS EPP grant on Enterprise Lake in Langlade County to be completed by June 30, 2009. The project will focus on AIS education, prevention, and monitoring. Project activities include: 1) Annual Pre and Post treatment monitoring and analysis; 2) Volunteer AIS monitoring; 3) Stakeholder participation: CB/CW & AIS identification training, budget and grant meeting, project status/informational meeting; 4) Entry of inspection Forms 3200-120 and monitoring Forms 3200-124 onto Dept website; 5) Develop annual project report and a final report. Project deliverables include: 1) Pre and post treatment survey data; 2) Completed entry of inspection Forms 3200-120 and monitoring Forms 3200-124 onto Dept website; 3) AIS educational, prevention and monitoring activities; 4) Final report summarizing CB/CW activities, AIS monitoring, pre and post treatment monitoring, meetings, GPS locations, and guidance for continued control actions. Specific Conditions for this project: Final report needs Dept review and approval WDNR Lakes Management Coordinator will be provided with an electronic (pdf or word) and hard copy of final report, all annual reports, pre and post treatment survey data, and samples of educational and outreach products.
