The Golden Sands RC&D Council, Inc. proposes to purchase and administer distribution of handbooks and other materials associated with the monitoring for and promotion of Clean Boats, Clean Water practices at public boat landings throughout the state. Major project elements include: 1) Purchase and distribution of materials, 2) Conducting workshops, 3) Project administration.
