Purpose

To cost-share design and installation of barnyard and manure management best management practices on the Kurtz riding stable operation and address the Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions under Subchapter II of NR 151 relating to clean water diversions, prevention of overflow from manure storage facilities, prevention of unconfined manure piles in water quality management areas, and prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
