The Friends of the Lower Wisconsin Riverway (FLOW) will conduct a project to increase its organizational effectiveness and ability to attract new members and stakeholders. Along with a final report, project deliverables include: 1) seek legal assistance in order to attain status as a 501 (c 3) organization; 2) organize events to attract new members; 3) meet and work with other Lower Wisconsin Riverway partners, schools, government, in promoting education and better management of the riverway of the riverway; and 5) share information through its website and newsletters.
