Purpose

To cost-share the incremental purchase differential between a high-efficiency street sweeper and a standard broom type in furtherance of the pollution reduction goals established by the Municipal Storm Water Permit and to complement implementation of the requisite accelerated street sweeping program to be established by the Town.
