Purpose

To cost-share installation of a barnyard runoff management system for the livestock facility in order to prevent manure and sediment runoff from discharging into Papoose Creek and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions, including: prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
