Purpose

To substitute sites and cost-share reconstruction of a barnyard runoff containment system for the livestock facility to prevent manure and sediment runoff from discharging into Brooks and Pigeon Creeks and to address violations of the NR 151 Agricultural Performance Standards and Prohibitions, including: prevention of direct runoff from a feedlot or stored manure into waters of the state.
