The DNR Project Manager (PM) conducted an initial Administrative Review on 2019-02-11 and determined that item(s) and/or attachment(s) were missing, incorrect, or incomplete and a Technical Review of your case closure request could not begin.

The DNR still has not received the required information.

This email is to notify you that your closure request has been administratively withdrawn from case closure consideration as it has been in incomplete status for 1205 days. 

You will be required to submit a new closure request when you have all required information assembled for closure. The new closure request must also meet the requirements of Wis. Admin. Code chs. NR 700 through NR 754 and ch. NR 140 in effect at the time of the resubmittal.

Upon receiving a complete closure request, the DNR will review this site for case closure. Please note additional closure fees may be charged in the future.
