| THE TANK HOLDS APPROXIMATELY 8000 LBS OF WATER, XYLENE AND OTHER PRODUCTS BUT STILL GETS VENTED THROUGH THE SCRUBBER. THEY BELIEVE IT WAS 800 LBS OF WATER AND XYLENE RELEASED. DR. TIM FROM CHEM DESIGN PRODUCTS WILL CALL WHEN THEY HAVE A DEFINITE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT RELEASED. SUBMITTED VIA SERTS WEB FORM REF # 5323. 08-30-2010, DNR RECEIVED DOCUMENTATION FROM TIM SWAVELY THAT THE ACTUAL RELEASE WAS ONLY 55 LBS OF XYLENE, WELL BELOW THE REPORTABLE QUANTITY OF 100 LBS. |
