| TILTH AGRONOMY IS THERE, THE FARM'S AGRONOMIST, AND IS ASSISTING WITH THE CLEAN UP. NO DNR ASSISTANCE IS REQUESTED. 5/24/2019 JOSLIN CALLED TODD (OCONTO COUNTY LAND CONSERVATION) WHO IS ON SCENE. TRAILER HAULING MANURE SEPARATED FROM TRACTOR GOING AROUND CURVE AND ROLLED OVER IN DITCH. 5,000 GALLONS OF MANURE SPILLED INTO DITCH. SPILL IS CONTAINED IN DITCH AND VAC TRUCKS ARE COLLECTING THE MATERIAL. THEY HAVE ABOUT 6,000 GALLONS OF FLUSH WATER THAT THEY WILL USE TO FLUSH AND COLLECT. |

CULVERTS ARE BLOCKED AND THEY HAVE A VACUUM TRUCK THERE TO GET THE MANURE OUT. ONCE MANURE IS OUT, THEY WILL BE FLUSHING THE DITCHES WITH CLEAN WATER TO GET THE REST OUT.
