1. Received comments on December 21, 2016 on the Remedial Action Options Report submitted December 30, 2014.
2. Tetra Tech on behalf of Beazer East, Inc. completed quarterly groundwater sampling at select wells in July and October and submitted reports on July 27 and November 17, 2016.
3. NRT on behalf of Connell completed the following:
a. Imported and stockpiled approximately 18,400 cy of soil capping material in October 2016.
b. Abandoned a former industrial water supply well in July 2016, when it was found during preparation of the area for soil stockpiling.
c. Performed storm water runoff inspections for the stockpiled soil in accordance with the WPDES permit.
