We excavated approximately 600 tons of contaminated soil from former tank area in late October 2016. The next step is to install monitoring wells on Mink Ave (downgradient) and to collect vapor intrusion air samples.
We have obtained permission from Village of Stetsonville to install the test wells in their street ROW but they requested we wait until April/May when the snow is off the ground. We agreed to honor this request.
In 2017, we plan to install the test wells, collect soil/groundwater/vapor intrusion air samples per approved scope of work.
