| Comments: | Meridian submitted the site for Closure in fall 2016. DNR approved Closure but requested monitoring wells be abandoned and modifications to figures. Meridian abandoned monitoring wells early December 2016. Three temporary wells (T-2, T-4, T-8) could not be found. Meridian will attempt to locate in summer 2017. Meridian will work with DNR re: figure modifications. The RP will not sign PECFA forms. Fortunately, the site work is essentially completed. |
