Activities performed during first half of 2014:
1. Installed one additional monitoring well and soil gas sampling points to evaluate potential vapor intrusion at 2004 W. Court St;
2. Collected groundwater and soil gas samples to evaluate potential vapor intrusion at 2004 W. Court St;
3. Developed a work plan for vapor mitigation at 18 N Arch St (Chase Bank);
4. Began development of a work plan for additional groundwater plume delineation activities; and
5. Conducted quarterly groundwater monitoring and data evaluation.
Activities planned for upcoming 6-month period:
1. Complete and submit a Report on vapor intrusion assessment at 2004 W. Court St;
2. Install a vapor mitigation system at the Chase Bank building;
3. Complete a work plan for an investigation of potential off-site contributors and conduct the investigation;
4. Complete a work plan for delineation of groundwater impacts and begin the data collection activities; and
5. Continue quarterly groundwater monitoring.
