| Comments: | A case closure request was submitted in June 2016. WDNR requested additional data in an August 11th, 2016 Case Closure Denial letter. A change order for additional soil, groundwater, and soil gas sample collection was subsequently submitted and approved in October 2016. Additional soil gas and groundwater samples were collected in November 2016 and results were summarized in a December 2016 status report in accordance with the approved Change Order. |
