Aecom was the Derf Agent for my site, until they decided not to take any further financial risk, as the money in the insurance settlement has almost been depleted. Because of the lack of money in the insurance settlement, Aecom would need to be reimbursed from the Dry Cleaning Fund.
I, myself, do not have the funds or means to take on this cleanup. The only way the cleanup could continue is if another company would take on the risk of being my Derf Agent. At this point, another company would have to wait for their money to be reimbursed by the Fund.
