A brief work-plan was submitted to the Department on July 15, 2014
NRP Environmental Consultants Inc. (NRP) personnel, Bob Herubin and Jeff LaViolette, met with Mr. Gary DeCaster and Mr. Steve Gay at the Ambrosius property on May 20, 2014 at about 10:00. The goal of the
meeting was to determine a cost effective approach to achieving case closure.
The plan is to till the land, plant alfalfa, allow the alfalfa to grow a season and plow the alfalfa into the soil. Mr. Gay was planning on leveling out the southwest corner of the property. Mr. Gay responded to an email stating that the area was to wet from recent rains to do anything in the field.
