Following the submission to Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) of the Site Investigation Report Addendum dated June 2, 2016, WDRN requested that additional soil and vapor sampling be completed within tenant spaces addressed as 2410 and 2412 10th Avenue.
The additional sampling activities were performed on September 8, 2016, and included the collection of soil samples, sub-slab vapor samples, and soil gas samples. Results of the September 2016 investigations were provided in the Site Investigation Report Addendum (SIR Addendum) dated October 19, 2016. In addition to the October 2016 SIR Addendum, a Design Report (Vapor Intrusion) dated October 19, 2016, was submitted to WDNR proposing the installation of a sub-slab depressurization system below the portion of building with identified vapor impact. Both reports were submitted with the request for formal response from WDNR.
The property was recently sold, so HPH Fund I D20, LLC is no longer the property owner/Responsible Party. The new owner has engaged DAI to continue the remedial activities. A submission will be made providing the new property owner/Responsible Party information.
