| Comments: | Materials Management Plan was completed and submitted to the WDNR in September 2016. An Exemption to Construct on a Historic Fill site was completed and submitted to WDNR in September 2016. Several workplans and approvals were also obtained during this time period to sample and import soil onto the site as required for VPLE sites. Remedial action activities are currently underway in conjunction with development of the site. |
