No activity was performed during the reporting period. LANXESS does not own or operate the site, which is part of a large active chemical manufacturing facility owned/operated by another party. A facility-wide remediation program, which includes the limited area under BRRTS No. 02-38-000186 and involves a groundwater cutoff wall/containment system, is being implemented by another party. Please refer to the closure request submittal and related correspondence in the case file for futher details.
