1. On March 30, 2017, Tetra Tech on behalf of Beazer East, Inc. provided response to WDNR comments dated December 21, 2016 on Remedial Action Options Report submitted December 30, 2014.
2. Tetra Tech on behalf of Beazer East, Inc. completed quarterly groundwater sampling at select wells in January and April and submitted reports on January 25 and May 3, 2017.
3. Tetra Tech provided responses to WDNR requests as follows:
⢠Provided response on February 24, 2017 to WDNR request for data on February 10, 2017
⢠Provided response on March 17, 2017 to WDNR request for report on March 16, 2017
⢠Provided response on April 24, 2017 to WDNR request for borehole logs on April 21, 2017
4. NRT on behalf of Connell performed storm water runoff inspections for the stockpiled soil in accordance with the WPDES permit.
