In response to the submission of a Site Investigation Report Addendum dated October 19, 2016, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) issued a letter dated March 27, 2017. The letter requested additional investigations and information before approving the completion of Site Investigations. A Site Investigation Work Plan (SIWP) dated May 12, 2017, was submitted to WDNR with the proposed additional investigations to be completed. WDNR provided a verbal "approval" of the proposed activities.
The additional sampling activities outlined in the SIWP were performed between April 5th and June 4, 2017. Any additional off-site sampling is contingent upon being granted access.
Upon completion of Site Investigation activities, a Site Investigation Report Amendment will be prepared and submitted as required per NR 716.15.
