A Closure Packet was submitted in fall 2016. DNR approved Closure. The monitoring wells were abandoned in December 2016. Two temporary wells (T-2 & T-1) were abandoned in May 2017.
There are two remaining items for Closure:
1. T-4: A large storage container was placed over T-4. The landowner should be notified that when this storage container is removed, T-4 should be abandoned.
2. Figure changes. DNR requested figure changes.
The RP refused to sign any more PECFA/State forms (e.g., W-9 & STAR Vendor). Meridian will attempt to complete the above paperwork changes (No Charge) but this is low priority - may be a year or more before this work is completed.
