| Comments: | The Howards Bay Great Lakes Legacy Act project is currently in the remedial design phase. The project as currently envisioned will remediate sediments in Howards Bay, including AOC#14. The US Army Corps of Engineers is developing a remedial design on behalf of USEPA with participation by WDNR, the City of Superior, and Fraser Shipyards. A funding application for construction of the GLLA project has been submitted to USEPA Great Lakes National Program Office. |
