Site investigation was started in 1991. Last round of groundwater sampling was conducted in May 1993. The last report was submitted by the previous consultant in October 1993. The previous consultant is out of business. The property was purchased by the current owner in May 2004. It appears that the current owner did not continue the investigation. On October 7, 2011, thee WDNR requested for the site update which was not submitted. On May 23, 2014 the WDNR sent a registered letter.
In September 2014 the current has retained OM Enterprises, Inc. On September 19, 2014 OM reviewed the WDNR file and visited the site. A site investigation plan shall be required prior to starting Phase II Site Investigation.
