| Comments: | Endeavor completed off-site access and installed two monitoring wells (MW-10 and MW-11) on 01/31/2014. The aforementioned monitoring wells were sampled on 02/04/2014. Endeavor is working with Responsible Party to eliminate potential cross contamination sources to collect an additional air sample in the basement of site structure. Upon receipt of the additional air results, Endeavor will work with WDNR to develop a SOW to finish investigation and commence remediation. |
