1. Tetra Tech on behalf of Beazer East, Inc. completed a round of groundwater sampling at all site wells in June 2017 and submitted a report on September 5, 2017.
2. On July 26, 2017 Beazer East, Inc. attended an Enforcement Conference with the WDNR.
3. On August 17, 2017 Beazer East, Inc. participated in a technical meeting with the WDNR to discuss investigation/remediation of the site.
4. On September 1, 2017 Tetra Tech on behalf of Beazer East Inc. submitted a supplemental work plan to the WDNR for review and approval. The scope of work was consistent with what was discussed during the technical review meeting held on August 17, 2017. The WDNR has not yet provided comments or approval of the work plan.
5. On November 22, 2017, NRT/OBG, on behalf of Connell, sent an email to Eric Amadi with two questions on the October 25, 2017 letter regarding the SI and RAOR report review. Awaiting WDNR responses to those questions.
6. On December 12, 2017 NRT/OBG on behalf of Connell and Beazer East, Inc. responded to a December 6, 2017 email from Eric Amadi regarding wetlands permitting.
7. NRT/OBG on behalf of Connell, performed storm water runoff inspections for the stockpiled soil in accordance with the WPDES permit through the beginning of December 2017. NRT/OBG sent in the Notice of Termination form to the DNR Regional office for the stormwater permit on December 13, 2017 to close out the permit.
