A Soil Management Plan (SMP) update was prepared and submitted in November 2017 for the site and included the adjacent Pressed Steel Tank Co. Inc. site (BRRTS# 02-41-385114). The site and adjacent Pressed Steel Tank Co., Inc. site will be purchased and redeveloped in phases by a private developer. The SMP proposes contaminated soil management for both sites. A Development at Historic Fill Site or Licensed Landfill - Exemption Application will be submitted in January 2017 and is based on the current redevelopment plan.
