An additional downgradient monitoring well (MW-16) was installed off-site to define the downgradient extent of PCE impacts. A Soil Remedial Action Completion Report describing the soil remedial action performed at the site, including the first round of MNA groundwater monitoring results, was provided to WDNR on October 24, 2017. On November 16, 2017, a request for NR 169 variance was submitted to WDNR for pre-remedial sampling performed in September 2016 that was beyond what was initially included in the approved scope of work, but deemed necessary to further delineate the extent of soil to be remediated. An application for cost reimbursement through the DERF program was submitted on November 21, 2017. Semi-annual groundwater natural attenuation monitoring at select wells at the site and off-site monitoring well MW-16 is ongoing.
