A Site Investigation Report and Remedial Action Options Report (SI/RAOR) recommending case closure was submitted to WDNR on March 29, 2017. WDNR responded with questions on June 13, 2017.
In October 2017 a significant quantity of soil was excavated from the site as part of redevelopment. The soil removal will have a bearing on the closure request and will resolve many of the issues that precluded the request for case closure.
Upon completing the redevelopment, a summary of the soil sampling and removal will be submitted to WDNR in response to its review of the SI/RAOR.
