A work plan for supplemental offsite investigation activities was submitted to WDNR via email on July 18, 2017. These supplemental offsite investigation activities were conducted from August 15 to 23, 2017. A copy of a scope of work for additional offsite investigation activities was submitted to WDNR on November 16, 2017. Additional offsite investigation activities were initiated on November 28, 2017 and continued through December 2017. Various communications were completed with WDNR in December 2017 regarding the ongoing investigation activities.
