| Comments: | No report has been submitted during the reporting period. The existing building will require a sub-slab depressurization system due to the presence of TCE and PCE in the sub-slab vapor at concentrations which exceed their respective small commercial sub-slab VRSL throughout the building. A Change Order Request is being prepared to perform the Pressure Field Extension (PFE) testing to adequately design the depressurization system will be submitted in February 2018. |
