Performed during first half of 2014:
⢠Planned further site investigations to determine the extent of impacts and gained access of neighboring commercial properties for this work
⢠Performed two (2) rounds of groundwater sampling in all site monitoring wells
⢠Performed one (1) round of paired sub-slab/indoor air sampling at an adjacent commercial property to the south
⢠Provided results reports to off-site property owners and copied WDNR
For upcoming 6-month period:
⢠Implement Site investigations to determine the lateral and vertical extents of soil and groundwater impacts
⢠Continue quarterly monitoring of water table wells and piezometers
⢠Continue sub-slab sampling to rule out vapor intrusion risks to neighboring commercial buildings
⢠Provide results reports to off-site property owners with copies to the WDNR
