During this time period, Superior Water, Light & Power (SWL&P) retained Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC (Foth) to provide continuing environmental consulting and engineering services for the site. Efforts are currently underway to develop a comprehensive conceptual site model (CSM), and develop a final remedial investigation report that addresses WDNRâs comments provided in their December 8, 2017 deliverable review letter pertaining to the Supplemental Remedial Investigation Report dated November 11, 2017 (prepared by the previous consultant, Summit Envirosolutions). On May 30, 2018, SWL&P hosted a meeting to introduce the WDNR project manager to the new project team, and to discuss WDNRâs expectations regarding the final remedial investigation report, as well as subsequent efforts to develop a remedial strategy for the site. Additional efforts during this time period included abandonment of monitoring well MW-23 (as previously approved in the above-referenced review letter) and repair of monitoring well MW-3, to replace a damaged section of solid PVC riser near the top of the well.
